Situated in the perilous Whitehail Peaks is the small and remote society of the Arkey, the most magical and longest-lived of Aesor’s races. Only those with sufficient prowess in the magical arts are able to survive the magical forces of nature that rack this cold northern region, something that the Arkey are able to do inherently.
The Arkey devote most of their existence to the study and advancement of the magic and mysteries of Aesor, amassing their wealth of knowledge in the College of the Shattered Light. The College is open to only the most skilled and ambitious amongst the other races; those accepted to join the Arkey to study are called Feiln.
