Crafting

Overview

Item crafting is an activity players can do in city locations at crafting stations. It uses raw resources the player owns to create equipment.

Rarity

The crafting station can create items of different rarities. Crafting proficiency and perks in the Artisan Expertise tree help produce higher rarity items.

Quality

For weapons, quality determines the damage bonus to a weapon's minimum and maximum rolls. For armor, quality determines an Armor Score bonus in addition to its base value.

Enchanting

Weapons, armor, and off-hand equipment can be enchanted with inscriptions to greatly improve their functionality. The number of inscriptions is limited by the item's rarity.
