Shield Actions
Shield actions utilize the shield in unique ways, both defensively and offensively.
Advanced Shield Actions can be acquired mainly through class and expertise tree perks.
Action vendors will also provide a limited supply of Shield actions for sale, this will scale based on map location since access to map areas can be tuned for various levels.
