Level Progression

The Level Progression system determines when players can enhance their original class or choose a secondary class. Each class dictates the distribution of milestones and stat progression at each level. The max player level is 20.
Experience is granted primarily through Combat and Questing. Creatures are divided into 5 types for the purposes of calculating experience. The creature's level is considered in addition to its type.
Type | Description |

Quests are divided into types, Short, Medium, Long based on duration and have a quest level associated with them. Quest level ranges 1 - 20 and generally match the characters progression.
Pack
smaller creatures that travel in groups or packs
Combatant
formidable foes in their own right
Elite
challenging creatures with higher threat to the player
Mini-Boss
high threat creatures that have unique qualities and actions
Boss
very high threat creatures that can threaten entire parties of adventurers
